• Provide quantification of post acquisition or failed acquisition dispute damages for companies in the petroleum and chemical industry• Investigate the impact of failed mergers on synergies, capital expenditure and asset sales• Understanding, improving and developing competitive assessments and economic modeling tools• Administer strategic and project consulting studies of the global petrochemical industry to various sectors including chemical, oil, engineering, legal, banking, financial and government• Participate in a broad range of analyses, including business strategy planning, technical analysis, financial analysis, competitive benchmarking, independent advisement, and litigation support• Consult on large and complex intellectual property, commercial and supply contract disputes in the chemical industry and provide insight to counsel during all stages of a business dispute, from case theory development and discovery to expert witness testimony• Support in litigation document review and data mining, particularly of information related to the chemicals industry (i.e. cost of production sheets, chemicals asset valuations, supply agreements, expert depositions, etc.)• Litigation support in developing/modeling damage and lost profit assessments as related to the chemicals industry• Able to review and provide commentary on expert reports as related to the chemicals industry• Assist in preparation of deposition testimony for chemicals related cases
