Head of the Outdoor furniture category, which is one of HFN’s biggest categories with a revenue of approximately 300 million SEK annually. Main responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of operational actions, tactical plans and strategic development to achieve revenue and profitability goals- Analyze sales and market trend data, identify assortment gaps and collaborate directly with suppliers and factories to influence new product development and drive continuous product improvements- Establish and manage strong external supplier relationships to maximize profit including prices, terms of payment, delivery and return policies, and discounts- Participate in and positively contribute to the category budget setting process, product forecasting, inventory work as well as management of expenses- Act quickly to pursue opportunities to increase conversion, revenue and profit targets through weekly campaigns, activity plans and competitor analysis.- Ensure a high standard of product presentation, promotion, conversion, and customer experience by working closely across HFN teams such as supply chain, IT, quality/compliance, retail, and marketing

- Responsible to hit the sales target for the Swedish market.- Designing and implementing a strategic growth plan to create good revenue and to win market share.- Marketing planning.- Assisted the purchase department in assortment questions and pricing. - Responsible for the sales education for all the sportswear employees.In this role I was a member of the management team in Sweden and reported to CEO.
