The organization has number of divisions viz. Dealership ( Ashok Layland & Sonalika), Manufacturing (Dummy Axles & Truck trailers) and Hotel. I look after overall management of all these divisions.

Administration of the organization. Strategic planning to new projects: Setting up of a IT park. Identification of new properties. Marketing of ongoing projects.

Setting up of a breweries, especially mini breweries. Ecotourism for three river islands, including environmental impact analysis. Aqua-culture for crab fattening, as well as prones farming. Logistics for waste paper and iron ore. Setting up of Air cargo complex etc.

Acquisition of large properties for hotel industry, Development of property for residential use including construction, budgeting, planning and execution of housing projects.Study and implementation of development rules and regulations and obtaining of necessary construction permissions from various authorities.

Marketing of Printed Circuit Board on the national level especially to telecommunication sector.

Total materials management function including vendor development to inventory control.Logistical decisions on alternative and better means of transport for major raw material (malt).

Planning to execution guidance to SME"S supplying parts to HSip Building yards.

Assisting Chairman on all matters relating to raw material procurement to marketing of cotton yarn.Purchase of imported and local machinery and deck and nevigetion equipements for Ship Building yard making Deep Sea fishing trawlers and Grab Hopper Dredger.Innovative techniques for import and supply chain management.
