In my role as a Flight Dispatcher, I play a critical part in ensuring flights are loaded safely and efficiently. I utilize advanced systems like ALTEA and SABRE to generate essential documents such as "Loading Instruction Reports" and "Load & Trim Sheets". These documents provide detailed instructions on aircraft loading and balancing.I closely collaborate with the check-in counter to ensure the total number of passengers, baggage, and items with special handling are accurately recorded and distributed correctly within the aircraft. This is crucial for ensuring a safe and comfortable flight.Furthermore, I work closely with the Cargo Division and other departments to ensure the weight and volume of the cargo are precisely calculated. These details are essential to ensure the aircraft is properly balanced, and the load is evenly distributed.I coordinate with the Flight Dispatcher to ensure that fuel quantities (Ramp Fuel and Trip Fuel) are accurately calculated based on the Operational Flight Plan. This is critical to ensure the aircraft has enough fuel for the flight without overloading.I carefully calculate the Estimated Zero Fuel Weight and communicate this information to all relevant departments. I also perform balance calculations to ensure the aircraft is within the prescribed safety limits. This is crucial to avoid exceeding load capacities and to ensure that the center of gravity remains stable during the flight, contributing to optimal fuel consumption.Additionally as my role as a Turnaround Coordinator, my primary task is to coordinate all necessary operations before a flight departs. I closely supervise the platform staff, ensuring each team member carries out their tasks efficiently and safely.I monitor the entire process of passenger boarding and disembarking, ensuring everything proceeds smoothly and orderly. I ensure that fuel is supplied and catering is loaded on board correctly and promptly.Additionally, I coordinate with the cabin crew to ensure the aircraft is ready for departure on time. I make sure all safety procedures are followed as per Arline requirements and the aircraft is prepared for takeoff.I am the focal point for all turnaround operations, ensuring every detail is attended to for a safe and efficient flight.
