My role has focused on:- Leading the project governance for the redevelopment of an Internet Banking platform, coordinating the end-to-end process from UX/UI design to functional and technical analysis, testing, and go-live.- Managing the migration of legacy software to modern solutions for banking controls and reporting, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption.- Overseeing the implementation of a treasury management software migration, optimizing workflows and system integration.- Driving cost efficiency and performance improvement through the management of ServiceNow ticketing processes.
