I’m the Head of AI Analytics of Teleperformance Knowledge Services Italy and I currently manage a team of 4 Data Scientists. Our team works both on the back-end and front-end part of the process. In the back-end part we use to design datawarehouse/datamart structure for reporting or any analytics applications and to develop ETL procedure in order to feed databases with data from several sources. On the front-end side my tasks include reporting and dashboard design/creation, statistical analysis, predictive/descriptive models development, building microsoft excel simulator to evaluate business case, microsoft powerpoint poduction to present results to Client or C-level. Personally I’m particularly interested also in data visualization.My current position and my last one allowed me to work for several Clients in many different verticals, anyway the majority were in Finance & Banking and Telco & Media. I play my role in different company divisions like Marketing, Quality, IT and Finance and my tasks on the projects include not only data analysis but also requirements gathering, marketing actions planning, tasks scheduling and team management, project management.
