PROJECT OFFICER FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MASTER IN STRATEGIC SCIENCES:I was the project manager for the establishment of the new Master in Strategic Sciences organized by the Italian Army in collaboration with the University of Turin. I was responsable for launching new graduate programs, including the revision of core curriculum, and the implementation of a new campus facilities plan. In particular, as Project Officer I just received the "keys" of the new building, meaning only empty spaces, and in six months I was able to be present at the inauguration of the first ever Master for Staff Officers. During these six months, I had to: - hire professors; - buy computers, internet connection, chairs, table, etc., - fix the schedule of the Master, - prepare the Case Study, - definign the policy for evaluation and exams, - prepare the organizational design, - and all the other activities related to the opening of a new Campus. It is worthy to say that during this period of time, I was working alone.
