With over 35 years in the higher education sector, working with private and public stakeholders all over the world, I am an expert in building leadership, skills and capability to support organizational growth and performance. Salvatore is Professor of Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and Creativity. Since 2022, I amd the Head of Skills and Education including the Master and Doctoral School at EIT-Digital, a pan European organization co-funded by the European Union. I am the project coordinator of several projects in the field of Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity. Previously, he held several experiences as Manager and Consultant in different fields, including strategic development of higher education and skills, operational development of international organizations, strategic communications and digital innovation and transformation. I am also an entrepreneur in the Digital-Tech, being the co-founder of several digital magazines dedicated to different technologies. He is the author of several books and articles on digital technologies. During my life, I developed an entire catalogue of skills to lead changes in organizations, develop new businesses and push innovation. I am the developer of the Value-Reputation model. I am a Digital Transformation Expert. Formet Director of the Executive Master in Digital Transformation & Innovation at the University UNIR - La Rioja. I also teach Strategic Management, and I hold visiting positions in Germany, Switzerland, and Thailand. I have been the Editor-in-Chief of ISSIP (www.issip.org), The International Society of Service Innovation Professionals, a professional association co-founded by IBM, Cisco, HP and several Universities with a mission to promote Service Innovation for our interconnected world. I hold a Ph.D. from the University of Navarra, Pamplona, Spain, and an MBA from St. John’s University, New York, US. I was responsable for launching new graduate programs, including the revision of core curriculum, and the implementation of a new campus facilities plan. In particular, as Project Officer I just received the "keys" of the new building, meaning only empty spaces, and in six months I was able to be present at the inauguration of the first ever Master for Staff Officers. During these six months, I had to: - hire professors; - buy computers, internet connection, chairs, table, etc., - fix the schedule of the Master, - prepare the Case Study, - definign the policy for evaluation and exams, - prepare the organizational design, - and all the other activities related to the opening of a new Campus. It is worthy to say that during this period of time, I was working alone.
