Responsibilities:- Advertising job vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing advertisements in a wide range of media, e.g. Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Social Media, etc- Conduct recruitment selection through advertisement screening, headhunting from industry or selected companies, and referal by professional connection- Interviewing candidates through phone or another online platform- Collect and check the authenticity of the candidate's information (education, etc)- Prepare candidate's CV/Logo before submitted to client- Help client on arranging interview schedule with the shortlisted candidate- Assist shortlisted candidate during the end-to-end recruitment process (interview, salary negotiation, offering process etc) held by client- Do referral check for the candidate's background- Prepare performance report to Supervisor and Director every 2 weeks- Manage and maintain good relationship with candidates before starting the recruitment process even after the recruitment process had ended- Responsible for Tech and Non-Tech position with focus on Senior until Managerial up level - Being a Key Account Manager for one of our clients and maintain the good relationship.- Position closed: Performance Media Manager, Creative Director, ASEAN Sales Lead, Customer Success Manager, Sales Manager for Logistics, Sales Manager for Food Ingredients, Software Engineer, Mechanical Engineer Supervisor, Sales Executive, Pricing Staff, etc. Industry Focus : Manufacturing, Digital & Media, Fashion & Apparel, Food Production, Chemical, Logistics, Fintech Startup, Mining, Data Center, Health-tech, Trading and so on.
