More than seven years of practical experience in developing and maintaining construction schedules including proposal schedules, master schedules, short-term schedules. Extensive working knowledge of Primavera P6, creating and maintaining CPM schedules, creating WBS, OBS, RBS, CPM network, critical path analysis, resources/costs assignment, resources smoothing & leveling, baseline schedule, schedule update and revise, forecasting and trend, cash flow diagram, resource diagrams, and S-curves.
