- Provide system administration services for the hotel systems & network and implemented Four Seasons Core Standards- Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair.- Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies.- Manage the IT budgets and expense on hardware and software.- Reporting to the Regional IT Director- To evaluate, test, advise, train and support I.T. related projects.- Writing documentation for ICT procedures, security and disaster recovery.- Managing the internal & hosted network infrastructure including: firewalls, servers, switches and telephony.- Participate in Operational committee meetings- Management of server software and associated backup routines.
