A passionate, change-agile, committed person with more than 15 years’ experience and good performance in the science-based side of the pharmaceutical industry both in management and individual leadership roles. Through my roles, I have demonstrated ownership, change agility, collaboration and sensitive consideration to the needs and priorities of the business and my team and peers whilst continuing to engage with the medical and academic communities. My roles have enabled me to flourish a deep understanding of medicines, patient path pathways and the complexities of innovation and change in healthcare. Embedding quality and equity are key drivers in my daily work with an aim to drive forward science and knowledge about medicines. primarily within the healthcare community, for patient benefit. Engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders, externally and internally, fuels my enthusiasm to advance the role of medical affairs as a key collaborator within the modern pharmaceutical industry.I bring a can-do attitude and vision to shape and influence cross functional teams and strive to develop ways of working that ensure the team (and the company) are seen as a credible partner with expertise and clear data, whilst positively influencing the energy and drive of the group. I enjoy leading change and building strategies based on insights.In my roles, I have navigated multiple complexities including the impact of Brexit on regulatory requirements including launches and label updates, harmonising, and simplifying processes for colleagues including a new team.• Addressing complex safety updates to product information to ensure patient safety.• Launch planning with appropriate risk minimisation activity and real-world evidence generation.Working with a variety of cross functional teams (both large and small, local and global) with Pfizer, I have had plenty of opportunity to develop and deliver medical strategies, enhance knowledge about novel medicines, manage change and influence at multiple levels of the organisation.
