• Directly working with Implementation Managers, Senior Implementation Managers, Implementation Specialists, Client Service Representative, Enterprise Representative, Senior Service Representatives, and Billable teams regarding core laser forms. • Assisting New Clients coming on the DMS with their Logos, Disclaimers, and Fixed Ops Needs includes creating custom logos and forms. • Handles delicate situations between our Implementation team and our clients to ensure client’s satisfaction. • Assisted in training team members on how to use Adobe Photoshop 5.0, Transform, ARKUPLOAD, and DMS Green Screen. • Assisted with the transition of new clients from implementation team to the support team. • Worked with Product Management to identify product defects by understanding and documenting in Salesforce. • Transitioned to DT DMS 2.0 Forms Implementation Team to convert onboarding dealerships’ to Laser forms. • Managed 2-4 new onboarding dealerships every week until the they are transitioned to support. Programmed an average of 25-30 new form for each dealership each week.• Closed an average of 35-55 Billable forms per week. • Making outbound calls to close billable cases, schedule a time and date for a follow-up if form is not up to client’s satisfaction. Set up a gotomeeting to show client a brief overview of DMS 2.0 and assist with setting up workstation ID’s and printer sessions for the F&I offices. • Effectively handle escalated calls and cases by determining their requirements, researching, locating, and providing information to resolve clients’ problems. • Trained and assisted new hires in learning codes and procedures related to programming forms.• Worked with Product Management to identify product defects by understanding and documenting in Salesforce. • Assisted customers by providing answers to their questions regarding to Document Generator, Inventory, Business Office, BHPH, In-house Leasing, and various applications of the DMS while logging cases.
