Study Technical specification & Code requirements for new project.Ensure implementation of Quality Control Plans and procedures.Cultivate a good working relationship through liaison with the client representative and 3rd Party.To Supervise & manage all QA/QC function in work place.Material receiving inspection in accordance with the MTCs, Technical specifications & relevant standards.Stage Wise visual inspection and maintain, update all quality related documents.Witnessing of Hydrostatic & Pneumatic test.Raise NCR (Non Confirming Report) whenever non-compliance is observed.Preparation & maintaining the QA/QC dossier for the specific project.Monitor & control of sub-ordinate activities.

Monitoring the Tanks, Steel Structure work according to the code and standard project specifications.Inspection of Bottom, Shell and Roof Fit Ups and dimensional.Inspection of Peeking, Bending, Plumbness and RoundnessInspection of final Visual inspection.Monitoring the NDT (RT, PT, MT, Vacuum-Box Test, Diesel Oil Test, Pneumatic Test and Hydro Test)Preparation of Welding/Fit up/Dimensional reportsDiscussion with Client about Various QC related problems occurs at site.Follow the project specifications to ensure conformity with industrial practice and standards.Insuring the implementation of applicable approved WPS before welding work.Verify the consumable with approved WPS and indent as per BOQ.Welding progress monitoring and co-ordinate with Vendors for NDE.Monitor performance of welders throughout repair of welds, analyses causes and initiate preventive measures.To work for Welder Qualification and to ensure continuity of performance qualification.Preparing inspection reports and other relevant documents.Surface preparation according to welding procedure specification.Surveillance on the material and installation as per the Quality Specs/manual.
