My Responsibilities are to- Manage SAV's Transportation Management System - Truckmate * Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues * Oversee new Module implementation * Perform Screen Designs and Process Flow Management- Create and Manage Reports (Crystal Reports)- Code and Maintain SQL Based Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports- Perform Basic Computer Maintenancewhen need be- jump on a forklift and help unload/load a trailer - Implement an Online Based Logistical Suite Solution.- Be a point of Conduct to Troubleshoot any issues- Help Develop the Brand and Grow this fast paced Division I provide our clients with an easy to use logistical platform for Full Truck Load, Large Partial, Less Than Truckload (LTL), Air Freight, Hot Shots, Intermodal and Other Special Projects.

Implementation and Support of Supply Chain Specific Business Software .Current Project: Primary On-Site Support for I2 Demand Planning Software for Medtronic. Providing support for all 4 of their business units in Minneapolis, MNPast Projects: Support Role for VF Corporation on their Demand Planning Software in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Helped implement and build this new division through operational work and Sales of the systems to client. The tasks include: - Setting up logistical solutions for our customers- Sales of the system to new clients- Troubleshooting any problems that would arise.

Participated in a Study of Social and Economic Change – a one month immersion in Southeast Chinese Culture. Toured Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhanjiang, and Xuwen to study communication, economics, sociology and logistics management.

Served as special assistant to the executive team - reported directly to Vice President of Operations. Conducted inventory, financial and supply chain analysis and made key recommendations to improve internal processes.  Increased Inventory Velocity  Reduced Transportation Costs Refined Customer Service Plan*** Received honors and distinctions for “far exceeding internship requirements”.
