National Training Center, Fort Irwin California

• Responsible for implementing and managing all facets of the company’s multiple contracts with the National Training Center (NTC) at Ft. Irwin. • Curriculum Developer for the Operations Group at NTC, working directly with the chief planner to develop scenarios and training materials to support civil-military training. The training prepares military leaders to succeed in joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational environments, including those that require civil-military coordination in conflict zones.• Advisor to the Senior Trainer of the Bronco Team (Observer-Advisers), observing and mentoring trainees during some phases of military exercises. Conduct classes for U.S. Army Civil Affairs teams

• Trained and mentored U.S. Government employees deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan, including State Department and USAID Foreign Service Officers, as well as personnel from the Departments of Commerce, Justice, Defense, Homeland Security, and Agriculture. • Trained Division, Brigade and Battalion-level staff on interagency cooperation in stability operations in preparation for combined and joint missions.• Developed exercise training products used to prepare military organizations to integrate non-lethal stabilization practices into their operations.• Developed, designed, and scripted scenarios for classroom training and practical exercises.• Taught capacity-building, community engagement, and project identification and implementation for civil action groups in the U.S. Army and Marine Corps.• Training locations included NTC, MUTC, JRTC, BCTP and MSTP.
