A postgraduate course at Lambton college motivates me to improve continuously, I passionately work on my weaknesses to overcome them as problems are great opportunities for improvement. This just changes a person's point of view as in my case now I am working as a part-time machine operator where I apply this and solve many problems that save a lot of time. I am a quick learner, team worker and relationship builder who wants to succeed as Project Manager with good leadership skills. I am a student of Project Management and Strategic Leadership at Lambton college . Canada seems to be the best opportunity to me for a project manager as thousands of projects are conducted every year across the country.
