Combining expertise in the evolution of how humans work together, workshop facilitation, and the importance of effective internal and external communication, I work closely with leaders and their teams to build organisations that are truly collaborative. Process focused, but industry neutral, I provide collaboration coaching and run workshops to help teams become sustainable, efficient, and passionate in the work that they do.My journey to now began 10 years ago when I started studying human behaviour through anthropology and human evolutionary psychology. In both professional and personal capacities, I am fascinated with understanding why humans behave the way we do. In particular, I have taken a special interest in understanding humans in the context where we are both most successful and create the most conflict: groups and teams. Importantly, I believe that understanding how groups are formed and how and why they cooperate most effectively can help us find, implement, and scale the solutions to any problem.
