Current- Providing L2 hardware, software, and network support clients who are in various industries ICT, accounting, finance, construction, Hospital, Merge and Acquisition.- Familiarity with a wide range of software that are used in our client environment, that are industry standard.- Certified Sophos XG Engineer, Familiar with Sophos XG environment, deployment and Network configurations.- As a perk of working in an MSP environment, I’ve exposure to Security portals like ThreatLocker, Cyber CNS, Fortinet Extended Detection and Response, Microsoft Defender.- Worked with ESXI hosted on-prem environment and AVD environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
