I am an experienced and enthusiastic senior architect with a strong track record for designing and delivering high quality projects. My experience covers a broad range of sectors with particular expertise in Education and small scale residential projects. This experience has given me the ability to understand the bigger picture as well as being able to control the smallest of details. In addition to the design and development of projects, I have been a technical advisor to public bodies such as Camden and Hillingdon Councils and to the Ormiston Trust. In my role within Simon Whitehead Architects I was appointed to lead on human resources issues, a role which I believe plays to my approachability and capacity to deal with challenging situations. My strength lies in my ability to quickly interpret a project brief and any constraints in order to fully explore all options while managing the expectations of both individuals and stakeholders. I enjoy both working collaboratively with other consultants, or taking the lead role, to bring about a design-focused outcome. I am passionate about good design and how architecture engages people with their environment. I have excellent graphic, communication, coordination and management skills.
