I currently lead a team of developers (3 local, 3 remote) on a project of developing a web-platform (market place as well as admin panel), two mobile apps (a customer app and an agent app) and even a USSD channel. I am a User Experience Specialist so I am more than careful to always leave users feeling a sense of product personalization (i.e. especial designs for users).

Product Manager. Responsibilities include:I am not a stranger to the Agile workflow, so I make sure to understand the task needed to be done, break this down into story workflows and then assign sprints to these workflows. This way, upon the completion of a sprint, a story workflow would be achieved. I am a strong believer in checks and balances, hence for this reason, I have important KPIs I track for my developers (Cycle Time, Sprint Burndown, Cumulative flow) as well as myself as a PM (Customer Success, Delivery on Time, Team Velocity).
