Background:- Parsian Ground Data Company signed an EPC contract for a 6200 sq.m Catamayo Youth Complex.- Scope included multi-use and commercial buildings, gyms, theater & conference room worth approximately 50 millions US$.Key responsibilities:• Successfully led a team of 150 to complete the project on schedule while maintaining HSE compliance.• Developed and executed project plans using P6, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation based on the critical path.• Implemented and enforced safety protocols in alignment with regulations according to OHSA.• Conducted inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications according to ASTM.• Liaised with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to coordinate construction activities.• Managed all daily on-site trade activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.• Resolved on-site challenges and conflicts, including flood management and finding new suppliers.• Interfaced with clients to provide project updates, RFC orders, and any budget variances.• Worked collaboratively with project managers to ensure financial goals are met.

Background: - Khaara signed multiple contracts for an integrated sewage system for the City’s Municipality.- Scope included construction of 280 Km main and 1150 Km sub pipelines in multiple contractsKey responsibilities: • Successfully led a team of 60 to complete the project on schedule while maintaining HSE compliance.• Monitored activities according to project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.• Implemented and enforced safety protocols in alignment with regulations based on OHSA.• Conducted inspections and audits to ensure project compliance with national codes• Liaised with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to coordinate construction activities.• Managed day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules.• Resolved on-site challenges and conflicts, including protecting underground facilities, power lines, and access roads.• Interfaced with the general contractor to provide project updates, address concerns.

Background:- National Iranian Copper Industries allocated funds for four athletics stadiums in four cities as alarge-scale capital project, including 4 contractor & 2 consultant companies.- Projects’ phases were later stagnated for a considerable amount of time.- I was invited as client’s project manager; addressed issues such as contractors’ lack of resources andconsultants’ organizational chart issues, minimized financial loss, and revived the projects.- After six months of dedicated efforts, my team and I successfully resumed the projects’ phases.Key responsibilities:• Led a group of 10 engineers to prepare, issue, and hold tender documents for contractors andconsultants for all four projects to minimize financial impact.• Led collaborative multidisciplinary teams for seamless project execution.• Implemented coordination, quality management, teamwork and commitment according tothe contract, procedure manuals, codes & regulations.• Oversaw projects' stakeholders: the main contractor and consultant companies with more than700 personnel.• Achieved goals and tasks based on new project schedules and HSE regulations.

Background:- Integrated Water Master Plan upgraded water management systems to assist SarcheshmehCopper Mine and to increase products to 450,000 tons/year.- Project included constructing dams, paste thickeners, pump stations, and pipelines.- Sarcheshmeh paste thickeners were a global prototype designed to increase efficiency, comparedto traditional thickeners.- A joint venture of Australian consultant ATC and Iranian consultant MEWE ensuredcollaborative design and contractors’ activities, enhancing project quality.Key responsibilities:• Assigned as site superintendent and ‘ATC’ representative in a large-scale development.• Key member to prepare and issue tender documents for all assigned projects.• Key engineer to control and issue the paste thickeners global prototype design carried out byAker Solutions (UK Engineering joint venture of EPC contractor).• Prepared and issued paste thickeners execution procedure documents to guaranteethe highest underflow density (60%).• Oversaw contractors’ activities based on contracts, schedule & HSE regulations (3 contractors withmore than 150 personnel).• Managed and monitored the pump stations and pipelines contractor to obtain the provisional and finalcertificates (delay would cause damage equivalent to approximately one million dollars per day).• Coordinated procedure manuals, codes, and regulations based on contracts.• Reported projects’ activities (weekly, bi-weekly & monthly) to ATC using P3 & MSP.
