Longford Gas Conditioning Project

As a sub contractor to CB&I our company is the major civil contractor responsible for civil works on site; this include's concrete foundations, pile cap construction, in-situ and precast pits, bund, tank and blast walls, foundations and duct bank construction for substations and a majority of underground drainage including sewer, firewater and a range of carbon steel and HDPE pipe.My role involves ensuring quality compliance through establishing ITR's, ITP's, development of MDR's, reporting on quality issues including NCR's and CAR's, working with our engineering and construction team to resolve and prevent any quality issues through raising of RFI's.I am also responsible for work scope handover which includes collation of all quality and close out activities which is not limited to MDR compilation, managing surveying as-builts plus any punchlist activities/rectification.My role also involves managing sub contractor quality documentation and advising on any construction issues they may have, this includes structural steel, HDPE lining and concrete production.

Our company is a major civil contractor to Exxon Mobil, we currently undertake maintenance and construction activities at the LFD Gas Plant.As part of my role I was responsible for the following: Planning and delivery for scheduling of work activities including resources, materials, sub contractors.Quality management including developments of ITR's, ITP's compilation of MDR's and site inspection activities.Project cost control including cost projections, variations, lump sum/day rate quoting and procurement
