I am a well-qualified and experienced hospitality manager and qualified butcher with 15 years’ experience working in hospitality and venue management plus retail meat supply. I have strong customer service, management and leadership skills and supervise, train, coach and mentor staff.In my current role as Roll By Observer I help to maintain the Health and Safety within the Rail Industry by inspecting trains along coal receival points. Making sure each engine and wagon is operating correctly and that the all the coal has been discharged. I am also currently studying a Diploma of Language at the University of Newcastle.I also managed food hygiene and all health and safety areas, assisted in staff training and development and liaised with the Purchasing Manager to assist in ordering and purchasing products. I consistently met and exceeded budgets and revenue targets across all operational aspects.I have comprehensive computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Explorer and internet as well as EFTPOS and stock control software.
