Bluebox assists business owners in the months and years ahead of selling their business to maximise the value of their company and increase their chances of a successful sale at the right time. We then also act on the sale of the business itself. My role at Bluebox includes- Business Development - includes speaking at events, pipeline development and deal closing- Pre Sale Planning - working with businessses in the months / years before sale to drive saleability and potential value- Corporate Finance - leading on preparation, approaches, negotiations and management of the sale process

As a generalist venture / growth capital investor, i was responsible for - Investing, leading on due diligence, negotiations and deal completions - Portfolio management including board representation and support for the Companies - Exiting businesses and managing the exit process.- Business Development - securing pipeline opportunities- Team management In terms of the full investment life cycle, this included the successful investment and exit from 2 businesses:- The Office Group - a "roll out" of serviced office centres in London and Bristol - exiting in 2010 for over £40m and a 2x multiple. - Pure Washrooms - a washrooms services business in Coventry - exiting in 2012 for 3.4x multiple.I was also involved in a number of other investments, through from making the original investment and / or being involved in portfolio & exit management, across a number of different sectors including waste-to-energy, recycling, hotels, storage and retail.
