Career Objectives Career objectives fall into three categories. They are a result of holistic thinking with respect to foundational knowledge and execution by way of clarity and equality. 1. Personal ambition: Having represented Australia as an athlete it would be an honour to coach athletes onto an Australian Swim Team2. Ambition of the swimming organisation: To foster a culture within the organisation where work ethic and humility are as important as performance3.
