Employed directly for the developer, my role was to sell and manage the developments. The groups developments have a range of products from high density in the CBD to high-end value apartments in the outskirts of Melbourne. Appointed as the Officer in effective control to the property management division of the group, my role is to ensure the operation of the agency is compliant with law.- Involved in selling and managing a 35-storey residential high rise, comprising 356 apartments plus a 220 room hotel and ground floor retail tenancies.- Exposed to all facets of selling - High exposure to dealings and negotiations with large networks and channels from offshore agencies.- Stock control, negotiations and contract management
