Cross River Rail: Tunnel, Stations and Development (TSD)

• Project Manage the implementation of a new Subcontractor Management and Pre-Qualification software to improve HSE, Quality and Industrial Relations assessments while allowing continuous monitoring of Subcontractor performance to ensure the company remains competitive in the market. • Draft Subcontract Agreements to ensure all project requirements are met along with alignment to the relevant Head Contract• Provide support to projects regarding Contract Administration issues.• Manage subcontractors and their on-boarding process (including Pre-Qualification for new Subcontractors).• Arrange insurance and security requirements for new contracts.• Manage securities for current contracts.• Arrange the execution of Head Contracts and Subcontracts in line with Company Authority processes• Assist with Variation, Delay and other notices to Clients and Subcontractors to ensure accurate Contract Management.• Regularly attend various sites to provide training and assistance to Project Managers, Engineers and all Key Stakeholders regarding Contract Administration requirements and Subcontractor Management.

• Management of National Sub-Contractor Pre-Qualifications • Liaising directly with Sub-Contractors. Internal assessors, Project Managers and other Key Stakeholders• Security Forecasts• Insurance COC renewals and organisation of Contract specific certificates• Arrange Insurance Reviews

• Data entry of Purchasing Orders, Variations, Credit Requests and Cost Code Corrections• Review and closure of Open Commitment and Received not Vouchered entries in JD Edwards (accounting system)• Review, log and distribute invoices to correct staff for approvals• Receipting of invoices for payment• Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure payment of invoices are on time• Provide training for Site Administrators in the Archiving Management System• New Starter and IT requests• Travel Bookings for staff throughout the division• Administration Support for the Divisional Tendering Team

• Bank Account Changes• Merchant Loading• Creation of Contracts• Data Cleansing• Data Entry – exceeding a bench mark of 98.5% accuracy • Finance – Billing • Work flow management• Subject Matter Expert in the set-up of Wellington’s new Touch ‘n Go Payment System• Equipment Management
