Sam has over 30 years of work experience with over 20 years dedicated to IT and IT Management. He has a proven track record for project development, network design, infrastructure management, as well as hands-on and remote IT workstation and server support.He has expert level experience in virtualization and database management, as well as implementation and management of Office 365 and Azure, He designed, built, rebuilt and managed 6 separate enterprise level server environments in his career, 2 of them virtual running on bare self hosted hardware, 1 of them running on bare hardware in a colo facility and 1 virtualized in the cloud. He has extensive knowledge of VMWare, Vsphere and VSAN technologies. Sam personally designed and built a Java sign-in program utilized at branch locations for daily work for daily pay employees to sign into that was used for both dispatch and unemployment tracking/new hire reporting. This solution was utilized for multiple years until Ameri-Force finally shut down their day labor operations.Sam completed the design, oversaw the development and handled the implementation of a custom-built wrapper application called ‘Smartgate’. This solution was web based and built on .NET using C#. It was a custom Applicant Tracking System following the exact hiring practices Ameri-Force utilized as a company. Customers, Orders, Candidates, Employees, and Orders for the entire company were managed though this system and all changes in employment status were replicated back to a commercial ATS solution which handled the payroll and billing functions.When Ameri-Force became one of only eight Tier 1 labor providers to Northrop Grumman/Huntington Ingalls, Sam designed and oversaw the development of a program, called the Resume Tracking System or RTS. As a Tier 1, Ameri-Force was responsible for recruiting other staffing firms to work with them in filling the labor requirements of the customer. RTS was a web portal system that tracked the job opening needs of Northrop Grumman based off a feed provided. It allowed Ameri-Force to track which supplier supplied which candidates to each job, handled interview statuses from a desire to interview to a hire/rejection of a candidate, and when payroll information was provided by Northrop Grumman after hire, this solution would divide up the payroll information by employee and route it to the proper subcontractor for employee payroll.
