In this role I oversee and manage minor projects within the trust, ranging from £5000-£50,000. I visit sites to get a feel for the project and meet with the service which require the works, contact and meet contractors on site to run through with them what works we required, obtaining quotes, raising Capex requests, attending meetings in person and virtually, these range from team meetings, finance meetings, project meetings and different departments meetings to offer assistance and advise, and to be advised.Once the project it finished from contractors then snagging and signing off.I also assist in the runnings of the estates teams if required, covering for estates team leaders if they are absent.

Keeping the Trusts buildings maintained by undertaking reactive and planned maintenance. Ranging from replacing locks and repairing various items to fitting new fire doors, bricklaying and fitting new pvc windows and doors

Installing bespoke garden buildings. This including groundwork’s and bases, installations which including putting the rooms up, laying EPDM rubber roofing, laying laminate flooring, fitting PVC and aluminium windows and door. Also finishing them which was trimming, filling and painting and also tiling if specified.This role included being face to face with customers on a daily basis so good relations were built.

Manufacturing joinery products. Creating rods and cutting lists to work to from drawings. Marking out of the products. Setting up and running woodwork machinery. Assembling items of joinery
