Director Of Ad Operations
Current- Oversees Ad Operations teams - Distributes new project assignments together with AdOps Supervisor - Handles performance reviews for AdOps Supervisors- Oversees technical training of ad operations teams and account management teams- Manage working relationships with external technology vendors (existing as well as evaluating new potential vendor/partner solutions)- Play a leadership role in working with internal stakeholders throughout the organization to optimize the billing/reconciliation of digital media - Keeps aware of new technologies and applications and presents findings to the agency- Increases agency visibility by staying involved in R&D of new ad technology- Resolves any escalated campaign management issues- Actively negotiate with technology partners on a frequent basis to drive down non-working media costs and deliver optimal value of client ad serving dollars. - Develop and manage implementation of new or improved trafficking, reporting and analytics processes to drive overall workflow and resource optimizations.- Provides thought-leadership in areas around technology stack and optimal use of wide-ranging technology solutions around video, display, attribution, ad verification & viewability as well as QA and program monitoring.
