As an Information Security Consultant at CIBC, I work with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the compliance and security of the bank's applications and systems. I leverage my expertise in SailPoint, a leading identity governance platform, to manage user access, roles, and policies across the organization.I have 8 years of experience in information security, with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance. I have successfully implemented and audited ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks for multiple clients, including Canada Life and TELUS, where I also performed application security testing and threat analysis. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Punjab Technical University, which helps me understand the business needs and challenges of the security domain.
