As an Information Security Consultant at CIBC, I work with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the compliance and security of the bank's applications and systems. I leverage my expertise in SailPoint, a leading identity governance platform, to manage user access, roles, and policies across the organization.I have 8 years of experience in information security, with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance. I have successfully implemented and audited ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks for multiple clients, including Canada Life and TELUS, where I also performed application security testing and threat analysis. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Punjab Technical University, which helps me understand the business needs and challenges of the security domain. My goal is to continuously learn and improve my skills and knowledge in information security, and to contribute to the protection and resilience of CIBC and its customers.
