Developed and implemented logistical processes and instructions for a multinational military campaign. As the Logistics, Plans, and Developement program planner, I used my logistical experience to oversee the strategic planning and oversight of the joint logistics systems and programs needed for the Iraqi Armed Forces to be successful. I was also charged with providing logistical routes and planning for the various U.S. Army Mobile Training Teams and Special Operations Command units that were embedded with Iraqi forces. Promoted to Senior Logistics Manager while stationed onboard the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk and the U.S.S. George Washington. As Logistics Manager in the Aviation Supply Division, directly oversaw 47 people on two shifts charged with the daily receipt, repair cycle planning and expediting of aviation components into the repair cycle in support of a Carrier Airwing comprised of seven squadrons totaling 76 various military aircraft during arduous deployment cycles during unstable political climates within the Asian and Persian Gulf region. Prior to the deactivation of the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk from active service, my section oversaw the offload and transfer of 45,000 assets worth 120 million dollars to the Navy's Supply system for reutilization. While assigned as the Departmental 3M Manager, directed a 13 person division that was responsible for 550 pieces of equipment that required various scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of departmental systems. During an up-tempo inspection and auditing cycle, the division earned a grade of outstanding with zero discrepancies for procedures and policy.

Responsible for the receipt, storage and issue of 2,000 repairable and consumable aviation components valued at 34 million dollars in support of 12 demonstration F-18 jet aircraft and C-130 support aircraft during an arduous 8 month airshow season. Working independently at airshows across the country, ensured 100 percent demonstration availability, managed the replenishment and use of a 750 piece stand-alone remote parts packout to include high value aviation components. Projected component usage during two inventory resets, allowing the Navy to redistribute assets, saving the command 2.5 million dollars annually. Promoted the ultimate team setting under stressful conditions and environments while representing the Navy and Marine Corp, contributing to Armed Forces recruiting goals and standards being met.

As the consumable warehouse supervisor, ensured reciept, stowage and issueing of consumable material in a 6,235 line item warehouse valued at 12.4 million dollars with random audit success.
