Administer the RIDP’s VoteBuilder (VAN), TargetSmart, and NGP databases to expand and improve data available about Rhode Island voters. Develop and deliver campaign data/tech training to help modernize RI Democratic campaigns’ use of data & technology from municipal to statewide levels. Provide targeted, strategic universes to lead campaigns to more efficient practices. Report voter contact results, voter turnout, voter registration, and other data relevant to campaigns, and present these outcomes effectively to leadership. Deliver individual district analyses to every legislator in the RI General Assembly. Craft and oversee all policies relating to VAN access and usage to enhance cybersecurity. Work with the DNC and the Secretary of State’s office to ensure timely and accurate updates of the voter file, early/mail vote data, and polling locations.

Write and distribute press releases on behalf of the party and the Party Chair. Craft Weekly Newsletters, Monday Messaging, and email communications. Create content for and manage Instagram, Twitter/X, and Facebook, increasing audience engagement by ~10% across all platforms, including email. Collaborate with Democratic elected officials and their communications teams to promote their work, events, and legislative accomplishments. Proofread and update website copy. Developed and executed field plans for Democratic State Representative candidates in Rhode Island for the 2022 Election Cycle.
