PIC have recently opened up a branch in Christchurch to help grow and expand the brand in the South Island to become a nationwide brokerage. We are 100% NZ owned and operated and all brokers are paid by salary not commission so no sales tactics like other brokerages just good sound advice for your insurance needs. I have been brought in to assist with this new expansion and my role will be focused on broking and developing business in the Commercial sector throughout the South Island. I will also work with my colleagues who manage domestic and life and health coverages so we can assist with all your needs.

Commercial Broker at Crombie Lockwood. I love the wide array of customers and insurance challenges that you face in this role. It is a fast paced environment. In my first year I finished runner up for the nation wide rookie broker of the year for performance. One of the most critical aspects of my role is to understand each and every clients business. If you are not doing this, you cannot ensure you are providing them with the correct advise or tailored solutions they deserve. I care and want to help and love finding solutions for my clients and enjoy negotiating and creating exclusive schemes and packages with insurers for businesses that fit their contractual requirements. I have been endorsed by Frucor as there preferred broker for their owner driver scheme and manage relationships with our ANZ bank branches and the Road Transport Agency in Christchurch.

Worked in the small to medium commercial insurance space before moving into the Commercial team at the end of 2016.

Was involved in a wide array of activities as a support to FMGs front line staff. I was also involved as a business analyst. This consisted of being involved in a team where we constantly were seeking improvement to processes and functions and allowing the further development of the business.
