Since graduating from Bangor University with a BA in Creative & Professional Writing, I have accumulated a wide variety of professional experience, with stops in customer service, education and marketing. Through this experience, I have developed strong written and verbal communication skills. In 2019, I moved from the United Kingdom to Switzerland to complete an MA in English Literature & Linguistics at the University of Zürich.
