With over 14 years of experience in the sports and education sector, I am a passionate and challenge-driven Course Manager at The Bedford College Group, where I oversee the delivery and quality assurance of the QTS Sport and Physical Education courses. I have a strong background in teaching and instructing, having worked as a Sport and Physical Education Lecturer at the University of Bedfordshire for four years, and as a Zumba Instructor for more than a decade. I have developed and honed my communication, team motivation, and leadership skills through these roles, as well as my expertise in sport and physical education. I am committed to providing high-quality education and training to aspiring and existing teachers, as well as promoting health and well-being through physical activity. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
