Lead the website optimisation program for the business' Everyday Banking products. Work closely with Everyday Banking Product stakeholders to drive improvements in conversion and personalisation across the website.- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to ideate, create and curate a back log of quality optimisation test ideas.- Utilise the power of workshops and collaboration tools to share information, ideate and ultimately decide on appropriate direction by consensus.- Work with a tight knit optimisation team to bring test and personalisation content to life from DX designers, developers and testers.- Utilise data from both primary and secondary data sources to weave into a narrative and inform test and personalisation designs.- Carry out primary research to inform tests including: heuristic analysis, competitor analysis, heat mapping (Crazy Egg), digital feedback surveys (Forsta), Digital Analytis (Adobe Analytics) and card sorting.- Assess the overall impact and estimated volume and value uplift of tests using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. I weave this into an engaging narrative to share with and influence stakeholders.- Work closely with Website Product Owners to share test results and influence the implementation of tests and optimisation best practice into production and drive meaningful change.

Responsible for the management of the Voice of Customer platform for the business. During this period, I significantly expanded the Voice of Customer program and its capability to receive and utilise customer feedback. The program won 2 Forsta ACE Awards Judges Choice Awards for Voice of Customer during my time working on the program.- Increased the portfolio of product and contact channels included in the program as well as increasing the coverage of the customer journey- Collaborated with stakeholders to design VoC surveys to answer their business questions- Built and managed new surveys on the Forsta platform- Built detailed KPI metric dashboards for easy stakeholder review- Ran analysis on feedback, uncovering key customer insights- Presented findings to stakeholders for product and channel improvement- Designed and managed the implementation of a broader action management program. This expanded the point in time sharing of customer feedback directly to stakeholders- Implemented the first digital feedback survey on the company website to capture website experience feedback- Led the implementation of legal consent infrastructure to share customer feedback for marketing purposes
