My career started in 2005 when I accepted a 12 month work placement at Golfbreaks.com as a Student Sales Consultant. After a successful placement year I was offered a full time position and haven’t looked back since.Over the last 10 years I have progressed from Sales Consultant to Sales Manager and more recently to Sales Director where I am now responsible for the entire sales function of the business. Managing and leading a sales and management team of circa 60 people is a challenge that I love doing every day.My positive and proactive nature has enabled us to grow and hit target each year with my main focus being on THE PEOPLE. Both our staff and our customers. I am passionate about training and developing our sales/management team to reach their full potential through inspirational and structured training and management.I have a true passion for golf and travel along with offering our clients the very best in service.
