I also ensure that our ISO Certifications (27001 & 9001) are maintained by leading internal and external audits.My compliance career spans over ten years, working with various regulations and sectors, such as telecoms, debt collection, and customer service. Before joining Smartnumbers, I was a Quality and Compliance Executive at A1 Comms Ltd, where I monitored call quality, handled data requests, and implemented regulatory changes across the business. I have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, as well as a flexible and collaborative mindset.
