I fostered the company's ‘Go Beyond’ experience by maintaining a well-stocked and inviting Parent Breakfast Bar and creating a warm atmosphere.I managed parent communications, ensuring timely responses to emails, parent surveys, sessional change requests, and organized personal tours. Additionally, I oversaw new children's settling-in sessions to ensure smooth transitions. I line managed the Nursery Operations team, ensuring compliance with N Family Club and industry standards, and collaborated with the Facilities and Maintenance team to maintain the building in impeccable condition and promptly address repairs.In my role, I oversaw the operational management of the nursery, including budgeting, occupancy tracking (Pipedrive), invoicing, procurement, and creating team rotas aligned with capacity needs. I monitored commercial performance to achieve a 95% occupancy target, managed the waiting list, processed notices, and handled parent communications and updates. I assisted the People Team with compliance actions such as in-person Right to Work verifications and collaborated with the Marketing Team to create the regular nursery newsletter. Additionally, I supported the Events Coordinator with planning, procuring, staffing, and driving attendance for Family Club events.I ensured the timely and thorough completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and termly health and safety tasks and checks, fostering a culture of behavioral safety and compliance with all policies and procedures.
