During my time in Vietnam, I taught English to grades 2 - 11. I was required to create learning plans, content for exams and to oversee examinations. I used the material provided and injected an Australian flavour into most of what I taught to give students an idea about the world outside Vietnam.

I taught an online platform designed to teach 45 minute lessons to Vietnamese nationals with some comprehension of English. These lessons taught culture understandings, social conventions etc

My role with Ozcare was working as part of their Human Resources in the Learning and Development team. I was responsible for organising all our mandatory organisation wide-training in conjunction with other Human Resource departments, maintaining and adding content to our online e-Learning platform, and providing general HR support to an organisation of 3000+ staff Queensland wide. I took over the recruitment process as it changed, and was also responsible for school based traineeships.

My role with Ostara Australia was to grow the Non-for profit organisation through clients, business and organisations keen to ally with us to provide careers and employment to those suffering a mental disability. This also had me working closely with people of all ages, all suffering from various levels of mental disability, and took great pride in ensuring they had the tools to move on with their individual situations, and find either gainful employment, or part-time volunteer opportunities.

My role at Sarina Russo was that of a receptionist with a twist. As the office was located in one of Brisbane’s busiest suburbs with high amounts of unemployment and wildly different clientele. I needed to have the right tool for assisting any person in their enquiries.

While at OAMPS Insurance Brokers, I was tasked with converting their paperbased archives to a digital archive. This included the maintaining and securing process of sensitive information for both OAMPS and clients of OAMPS.
