- Successfully startup new operations in two separate facilities.- Manage over 1.2 million sq/ft of space and 150+ associates in two heavy case pick operations.- Manage 18 Salaried associates.- Responsible for the overall operations. - Responsible for managing a multi-site operation.- Operate facilities totaling 2.5 million square feet. - Manage over 300 employees(including 44 Union drivers).- Services provided include Distribution operations, Special Packaging , In-Plant operations, and Drop Lot/Shuttle operation.- Responsible for the overall operation. Including site Safety, facility,equipment, customer & company KPI attainment, and creation and attainment of annual budget.

- Operate facility over 900,000 square feet with annual throughput of 40 million cases.- Manage 100+ employees.- Responsible for five business units.- Continuous improvement savings exceeded goals. - Awarded Network ISO Certification.

- Supervise operations of 100+ associates in a 24/5 environment. Operation included overflow facility of 256,000 sq. ft. - Successfully transitioned Export business from the customer to Exel with annual throughput over 2 million cases. - Successfully relocated business from 300,000-sq/ft facility to 600,000-sq/ft without service disruption to the customer. This included consolidating volume from another DC.- Assisted in the installation of proprietary program in competitor’s facility to improve the operational platform. Participated in two separate WMS conversions.
