- Senior technical presence at UEFA matches in Champions League, Europa League and EURO 2020 managing delivery of Video Assistant Referee (VAR), Goal Line Technology (GLT) and Electronic Performance and Tracking Systems (EPTS) services, as well as many other additional services such as tactical camera, 360° cameras and unseen angles clip delivery- Provided key support for the building and testing of the VAR remote facility at UEFA HQ, Nyon from a technical standpoint, including hardware, software and networking setup. This was then used for Euro 2020 and subsequent UEFA operations- Provided technical support remotely for up to 32 on-site teams per week as part of Champions League and Europa League VAR operations- Managed weekly updates to system repositories and rollouts for the above services. Tested new features and ran training sessions for operators to familiarise and use in the field- Unit Manager duties on OBs for UEFA matches, managing relationships between Hawk-Eye and key stakeholders on site such as UEFA, Deltatre, stadium contacts and host broadcasters (Olympique Lyonnais 2019-2020, Istanbul Basaksehir 2020-2021 as well as Atalanta, LASK Linz, Olympiacos and Dynamo Kyiv on an ad hoc basis and Gelsenkirchen for the Europa League 2020 Final Tournament)

- Delivered SMART Production services at a range of sporting events, primarily ATP and WTA tennis events. This role is the main client-facing presence for our team at these events, and this aspect was key to ensuring client and stakeholder satisfaction with the product- Elements of the SMART Production service include: Audio and Visual Guarantee, Colour Correction and monitoring of output quality- Tournaments in this role include ATP Masters events (Paris, Madrid, Shanghai, Miami) and WTA events (Strasbourg, Montreal, Shenzhen, Charleston, Istanbul)- Clear reporting of improvements to be made to hardware, software and creative aspects of the product in order to evolve with the changing demands of the industry

- Directed matches at a range of worldwide sporting events, primarily ATP and WTA tennis events, as well as the 2017 US Open- Responsibilities included general camera and broadcast hardware setup, including Sony PXW-FS7 and PMW-300, as well as understanding the fundamentals of broadcasting- During matches, was responsible for controlling cameras on remote heads, vision mixing, graphics operating and putting out replays as a single operator. At times this involved integration with Hawk-Eye's Electronic Line Calling system, where we would ask for statistics or other graphics based on the story of the match or performances of certain players- In June 2018, worked with IMG media to provide graphics for the Volleyball Nations League in France and Japan. This involved both sticking to a predetermined running order as well as offering graphics based on individual or team performances during the match
