Team rebuilt/repaired and shipped approximatley 1,000 pieces of medical equipment each month. - Evaluated equipment technical specifications and requirements for readiness standards for units deploying to the Middle East in support of the war efforts.- Directly responsible enforcing standards and successfully maintaining the organization’s International Organization for Standardization 9001-2008 certification through two audits.- Organized and implemented Quality Assurance and Quality Control initiatives to reduce equipment failure and increase customer satisfaction in accordance with International Organization for Standardization 9001-2008.- Coordinator for Army National Guard Sustainment mission. - Served as the tri-service senior instructor for 95 instructors. Responsible for the the teaching credentials of all instructors and mentored 21 new instructors through the qualification and credentialing process. Program received a commendable rating during the credential inspection from the accrediting instution.- Managed the daily accountability and classroom operations for 95 instructors and 300 students across 44 different classes successfully.- Led one Lean Six Sigma Black Belt project to completion.- Developed the program’s first student Academic Oversight Boards policy and procedures for numerous student actions. Conducted and supervised 124 recycle, 146 return to class, and 24 dismissal actions for the program.- Supervised the successful transition of the program from Sheppard Air Force Base to Joint Base San Antonio. Delivered four million dollars of training equipment with 100% accountability and no loss of training time. Managed a split based operation, successfully transitioning and integrating 37 newly assigned students and 42 incoming staff and their families.
