Operations Manager of Cubik Innovation Ltd, a specialist design consultancy in electronic design, prototype and small batch production. Cubik was Founded in 2012, I joined shortly afterwards as the only Production Engineer in 2013. Progressing up to Production Manager and now overseeing all technical activities as Operations Manager. During my time at Cubik i have had the opportunity to be pivotal in helping us expand from a team of one to a team of over twenty creative and technical team members.

As production manager at Cubik I am responsible for the the planning, coordination, procurement and control of our manufacturing processes.As well as ensuring our production facility and production staff comply to IPC-A-610E and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 standards.I ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and to the required standards.I was pivotal in authoring and implementing our ISO 9001:2008 Quality management system.As part of my role I now oversee our ISO9001 Quality Management System to ensure that our Products and Services meet the level of quality our customers expect.With my background as a Test Engineer I am also responsible for Functionality, User Acceptance and Systems Testing at Cubik

A fresh start for me in a fresh company.Currently developing some test software for the Symbian S60 platform using C++.Will be involved in the manufacture and testing of the products currently being designed and manufacture in house.

I undertook a years professional placement whilst studying at university. I was working for the Type45 Destroyer project, as the primary software controller.
