Maintenance Team Leader for the NC11 V8 Assembly Line.Facilitate team leadership and task prioritization, conduct ongoing skill evaluations and training assessments, coach team members for personal growth, collaborate with Process Leader to achieve team objectives, manage workgroup goals, exemplify Powertrain values, implement MOS within the team, conduct return-to-work interviews, and promote continuous improvement methods like Kaizen while undertaking additional duties as assigned by the Process Leader.

Provide engineering support to optimize production efficiency, maintain advanced plant equipment, and respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize downtime. Perform preventive maintenance and corrective actions, work with Kuka/ABB robots and DC tooling, and apply lean manufacturing techniques. Utilize data and MTBF/MTTR metrics for improvements, and assist with fault diagnosis using Siemens S7.

Maintain complex machinery to meet efficiency targets in an FMCG environment. Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance on conveyors, high-bay cranes, laser-guided vehicles, SVL shuttles, and automated cells. Investigate failures using RCA, diagnose faults with PLC interrogation, and implement improvements to reduce bottlenecks and increase throughput. Maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveying systems, identify gaps in PM scheduling, and use SAP for HU interrogation, spare parts management, and logging work.
