• Supported the Squad Lead execute the product roadmap by prioritizing backlog issues and documenting requirements into new features for our the Plan Sponsor Webstation (Employer) and Fidelity Connect (Advisor) digital platforms used in benefits administration.• Leveraged client feedback, customer behavioral data, and third-party research to create the idea for MVP and communicating that vision to executives while simultaneously addressing the feature requirements to software developers and UX designers for various client products, such as Stock Plan Services, Tax Exempt organizations, Health Savings Accounts, Defined Benefit plans, and others.• Led pilot trials and running business testing for new digital product releases that modernize our digital platforms, and overseeing the deployment of new product releases from end-to-end.
