With a foundation in Construction Management from LSU and ongoing studies, I bring over 3 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.Throughout my experience in construction, I've had the privilege of collaborating closely with the Estimators and Project Managers, honing my skills in project estimation, budgeting, and subcontractor relations. My proficiency extends to utilizing software such as BlueBeam Revu, Autodesk Takeoff, BuildingConnected, and ProCore, complemented by skills in Microsoft Suite.My responsibilities have included generating detailed takeoffs, translating them into comprehensive spreadsheets, and facilitating communication with subcontractors to secure competitive bids and trade-specific estimates. I've actively contributed to project budgeting and problem-solving initiatives, striving to optimize preconstruction processes.Looking forward, I am passionate about furthering my capabilities within a collaborative team environment.
