Main tasks include providing both manual testing and 3rd line support for an airport security platform utilisedby 11 airports in the UK including London Heathrow. Key responsibilities include:- Writing & presenting documents including User Guides, Test Cases, Specifications and Wireframes.- Providing manual testing support for new functionality as well as maintaining the integrity of thecurrent product- Providing third line support for the members of staff using the product on site.
