I manage 35 office suites, 3 meeting rooms and the breakout area.Deal with the day to day running of the building and all health and safety aspects.

Use of Cisco switchboard/ transferring calls and answering queries• Dealing with all ingoing and outgoing post/couriers• Meeting and greeting visitors/providing refreshments• Input of holiday forms on Workforce• Creating guarantees for Insulation commodities (average of 1000 per week)• Liaise with contractors and building companies• Copying and posting sensitive documents for solicitors• Providing assistance for all meetings in the Boardroom• Provide PPE for any plant visits• Input Sales Managers expenses onto SAP
